Hand Balancing Course 🤸‍♂️🔥

In our hand balancing classes, we carry out a comprehensive physical workout to develop strength, control, and balance.

No previous experience is required, as the classes are designed for all levels.

  • Warm-up and mobility to activate the body and prepare the joints.

  • Strength and technique exercises to improve stability and endurance.

  • Practice of figures and poses, from basic headstands and yoga poses to planks and one-handed balance, depending on the individual's level.

  • Combination of figures and transitions to develop fluidity and control.

  • Stretching and relaxation to improve flexibility and prevent injuries.

BENEFITS

At Tótem school, I have achieved my goals. I used to train calisthenics in a park, but here I learned in a professional and safe way, which allowed me to focus more on what I love. I learned to balance on one hand, gained flexibility, strength, and improved my routines. Additionally, they helped me create the routine I wanted to perform. I am making progress in what I want to learn!
