In the aerial dance course, we perform a comprehensive physical workout that strengthens, tones, and improves flexibility in a dynamic and fun way. The classes are designed for all levels, with no prior experience required.

Before starting aerial dance classes with Professor Lili, I never imagined I could do acrobatics in the air. At first, I was scared, but with her patience and teaching, I learned to trust myself. Each class is a fun challenge, where I feel stronger and more flexible. Now I can do spins and poses on the fabrics, and it makes me feel like I'm flying. I love the energy of the class and how it motivates us to improve every day. It's my favorite moment of the week!
